Join us for a 45-minute remote workout to help elevate the standard of care for survivors of sexual abuse. We believe all survivors and their loved ones deserve FREE professional counseling, and we exist to make those services available nationwide.

Your instructor, Ashley Pak, is a Fighting For Me Ambassador in Lexington Kentucky. We initially connected with Ashley to help find her counseling services. After she did the hard work in therapy, she offered to come back as a volunteer. She’s an incredible advocate for survivors of sexual assault.

For years, Ashley has found creative ways to combine her passion for helping survivors with her passion for fitness. Thanks to technology, we can now all attend her barre class to benefit survivors of sexual abuse! 


Ashley Pak was born and raised in Lexington, Kentucky. She started barre in 2014 and went on to teach it in 2017. After her first few classes, she fell in love with the technique and started recognizing a quick change in her body and attitude. 

“As soon as I started doing barre, I noticed that I was less stressed and I was sleeping so much better. Which has helped me tackle my busy days at work!” During her fitness journey, Ashley was also holding in abuse from the past. Even though fitness was a great outlet to relieve stress, there were still pent-up emotions that could not be fixed in a workout.

Ashley started blogging and was quickly connected to Fighting For Me by a family member. Ashley was immediately connected with a therapist. Ashley has been through therapy on and off and it has helped her live a better life. Outside of fitness, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, visiting local wineries, and staying active in the community.

How to attend

Once you register by purchasing your ticket, you’ll receive a link to a Zoom meeting in a confirmation email as well as your PDF ticket. You’ll need to register on Zoom in order to attend the remote class.

Barre is a fusion of Pilates, Dance, and Yoga but incorporated onto the ballet barre. Through this fun at-home workout, you will feel every inch of your body, with a little extra love to the thighs and glutes. Enjoy this Barre 30 class, infused with low impact cardio and classic barre moves.

Equipment needed

Zoom Platform – Stream from your computer or any electronic device. Be sure to download the latest Zoom app.

Barre – Chair or Counter work too

2-5lb Weights (optional) – Soup cans or waters will do
